Our Process
Discovery
We go through everything — your P&L, balance sheet, loans, vendor contracts, insurance, payroll, pricing, receivables, and operations. Nothing is off-limits. At the end we know exactly where the money is being made, where it’s being lost, and what the realistic improvement opportunity looks like.
If we complete discovery and determine the engagement isn’t a strong fit, we refund 50% of the discovery fee. We only stay if we believe in the opportunity.
Strategy Presentation
We deliver a written report that quantifies every opportunity with a specific dollar value. The report answers one question: if you implement our recommendations, how much more money will you make? That number becomes the basis for everything that follows.
We also identify all debt restructuring opportunities and present them separately.
Performance Contract
Every project is different. We stay flexible and responsive to make sure the process fits your flow—not the other way around.
Ongoing Partnership
After the 12-month engagement, most clients keep us on as a fractional CFO — monthly P&L reviews, cash flow forecasting, and a direct line when a financial decision needs a second opinion. For clients ready to scale, we transition into growth advisory.
